Novartis Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at Novartis, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology catalog, whether managing products consolidated in the market or participating in the promotion of new launches. Your work will be key to providing relevant information and training to our customers, generating optimal results for patients. Location: Córdoba or Badajoz
Territory to cover: Córdoba, Jaén, Badajoz, Cáceres, and Ciudad Real.

Key responsibilities:
- Promote competitive sales growth.
- Personalize and organize customer interaction routes with healthcare professionals, reflecting their preferences, and leveraging available content and multiple interaction channels.
- Foster commitment by working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop a sustained collaboration over time for Novartis.
- Offer memorable, customer-focused experiences beyond clinical differentiation, listening to their needs and understanding their healthcare environment.
- Leverage available data sources to create, prioritize, and dynamically adjust relevant interaction plans with the territory, account, and customer.
- Share relevant information with pertinent internal stakeholders to support the development of content, campaigns, and interaction plans related to the product and indication.
- Contribute with value-added actions to customers and patients.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
- Act with integrity and honesty, treating customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully with a clear intent. When faced with ethical dilemmas, do the right thing and speak up when things don’t seem right. Act according to the Novartis Code of Ethics and Values and Behaviors.
Essential requirements:
- University degree or training in life sciences, scientific background required.
- 5 years or more of previous field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with direct negotiation and influence on clients.
- Deep experience and knowledge in the hospital market, including market management, specialty products, specialists, and customers. Previous experience in oncology and/or hematology is highly valuable.
- Proven track record of commercial success in the last few years. The ideal candidate should have consistently demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed established sales objectives.
- Experience working in multi-channel strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective alignment of tactics and sustainable results in the therapeutic area.
- Analytical capacity, diagnostics of account barriers, and proactivity in generating solutions, along with influencing skills to generate trust and value in key specialists and decision-makers.
- Fluent communication in Spanish.
