Project Engineer II

In Project Engineering unit within NOCC Engineering we are looking for a new Project Engineer II who will be responsible for support in planning, executing and reporting on CAPEX projects within the area of discipline as well as supporting technical and expert solutions and execution control in compliance with internal regulations, good practices and regulatory standards.

Location: Ljubljana, Mengeš #LI-Hybrid

Your key responsibilities:

• Create/maintain/verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets).
• Identify technical solutions.
• Establish Project Change Management & manage changes.
• Prepare Equipment Specifications and System Requirements in project (e.g. User Requirement Specification).
• Issues orders / contracts based on Project Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities.
• Expedite and manage project vendors / contractors / 3rd parties in project.
• Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects.
• Perform new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project and perform commission activities.
• Perform GMP risk assessments (incl. Sensors SRA).
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in science (M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
