Technical Role in Kundl

In this position, you will be responsible for technical activities such as design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement at the local level. You will coordinate maintenance and calibration measures, ensure the gmp and safety-compliant maintenance of technical systems, and accompany investment projects from planning to handover – always within the framework of time, budget, and quality requirements. Your technical expertise will be integrated into the optimization of processes and the training of operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of the entire calibration activities for the drug substance area Kundl
  • Independent implementation of projects ("end to end" from project application to go-live) within the technical responsibility area in compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and functionality
  • Organizational and functional responsibility for up to 10 calibration technicians (personnel management)
  • Cross-trade cooperation in the team with a focus on system availability (planning of maintenance slots in relation to calibration activities, organization of the resolution of disturbances)
  • Focus on constant process improvements and innovations within the responsibility area
  • Participation in audits, independent presentations within the scope of the same
  • Taking over authorship of SOPs and other subject-related regulations

What you bring to the position:

  • Master's training or Matura (HTL) in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics or equivalent
  • Good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills
  • Team capability
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Professional experience in a comparable position (5+ years)

Additional qualifications:

  • High willingness to learn and flexibility, accurate work and documentation

The base salary for this position consists of the collective bargaining minimum wage (for the chemical industry) in the amount of €65,605.54 per year (full-time basis), with possible individual surcharge based on your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
