Sales Team Lead

We are looking for two team members for our Immunology and Neurology division. The role aims to achieve sales targets with specific clients. Responsible for developing and executing a sales/business plan for a designated client base or a specific sales program to effectively support patient pathways and properly position Novartis and its brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with selected partners for sales and promotional purposes.
  • Builds long-term, trust-based relationships with key partners.
  • Understands partners' needs and expectations for success.
  • Provides solutions tailored to existing client goals.
  • Develops regional sales plans based on analysis and opportunities.
  • Organizes events in collaboration with marketing/medical teams along business strategies.
  • Identifies, profiles, and segments potential partners and maintains up-to-date Novartis CRM data.
  • Reports technical issues/adverse events/special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

Basic Requirements:

  • University or college degree in health or natural sciences.
  • Fluent in Hungarian, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of KAM, sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Innovative pharmaceutical experience.
  • English language proficiency.
