Key Account Manager (KAM)

Location: Voivodeships of Lubusz, Lower Silesian, and Greater Poland

Therapeutic Area: Cardiology

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing relationships with important clients at a local level. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. By developing a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our cardiology care clients, you will be able to make a real impact on improving cardiology patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading sales, promotion, and development in the assigned territory to achieve set goals.
  • Developing client growth strategies and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned clients, tailored to the centers' objectives and their implementation.
  • Preparing strategies and individual tactical plans and contributing strategically to the analysis, future potential, and key programs required for centers/clients.
  • Preparing and negotiating agreements and leading initiatives that the company launches to reach a specific client.
  • Analyzing the market situation, including intelligence activities regarding key clients and key competitors.
  • Organizing client events and other programs independently or in collaboration with the marketing/medical department, in accordance with agreed business tactical plans.
  • Executing the sales action plan and achieving agreed sales targets and broader performance goals for your part of the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare sector.
  • Experience in working with and managing key centers and clients.
  • Independence and systematic approach in action.
  • Ability to effectively use digital tools in daily work and seek innovative solutions adapted to the changing market situation.
  • Sales experience.
  • Fluent Polish spoken and written.
  • Communicative English language.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Active driver.
