Key Account Manager (KAM)

Salary Range: zล‚130,200.00 - zล‚241,800.00

Territorial Range: Mazowieckie, Podlaskie

Therapeutic Area: Oncohematology

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing relationships with important clients at a local level. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. By developing a deep understanding of the problems our clients face in the context of hematological and oncohematological care, you will be able to make a real impact on improving care for hematological and oncohematological patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing sales, promotion, and development in the assigned territory to achieve set goals.
  • Developing client development strategies and dedicated action plans for assigned KAM clients, tailored to the goals of the centers and their implementation.
  • Preparing strategies and individual tactical plans and contributing strategically to the analysis, future potential, and key programs required for centers/clients.
  • Preparing and negotiating contracts and leading initiatives that the company launches to reach a specific client.
  • Analyzing the market situation, including intelligence activities regarding key clients and key competitors.
  • Organizing client events and other programs independently or in collaboration with the marketing/medical department, in accordance with agreed business tactical plans.
  • Implementing the sales action plan and achieving agreed sales targets and broader performance goals for your own part of the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in working and managing relationships with key centers and clients.
  • Fluent Polish, spoken and written.
  • Communicative English language.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license category B.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the field of hematology.
  • Experience in working with a drug program.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:

ยท Poland: PLN 130,200.00 - 241,800.00

The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
