Area Sales Manager Cardiology

Location: Novosibirsk, Russia, Siberia and Far East

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager in the Cardiology direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Expanding the market share of the company's drug, increasing sales volume and profitability in the country in the commercial and budget segment
• Coaching, monitoring, coordinating and planning the work of the KAM team
• Monitoring the availability of the company's drugs in auctioned auctions, ensuring their availability to every end consumer, building distribution
• Market analysis in your territory
• Territory of responsibility – all of Russia
• Establishing business relationships with key opinion leaders, regional administration

You are an excellent candidate for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of SMEs or KAMs
• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
• Result-oriented, leadership, focus on creating highly effective teams and developing employees, understanding of business, analytical abilities
• Willingness for travel
