What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 2 Year - Associate Degree or Completion of Medical Terminology course, preferred.
• Three years of clerical experience in Pathology or Laboratory Medicine.
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Professionally skilled administrator.

Additional skills required: Working knowledge of the computer keyboard and must be capable of being trained on the pathology computer system. Proper telephone etiquette. Proper filing of slides/blocks. Confirm two patient identifiers on all materials received in and released from the lab. Additional skills preferred: Beaker/Epic Experience. ARCOS block system storage.
