- The Consumer Operations Associate will be responsible for responding to and resolving consumer inquiries and disputes.
- This role is part of the Go-To-Market team and will report to the Consumer Operations Manager.
- The position is temporary and remote-friendly, with working hours aligned to the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
- Within the first 1-3 months, the associate will learn about the operational and support systems and begin direct communication with consumers.
- The role involves understanding consumer motivations and obtaining a general understanding of Nova Credit's products.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a client or consumer-facing role, such as online customer support or call center support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively addressing consumer inquiries and disputes.
- A high level of consumer empathy is crucial, as the role involves helping consumers navigate their financial situations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Console or similar customer ticketing software will be beneficial for managing consumer interactions.
