Pump Service Fitter

Pump Equipment Technician

Carry out pump assessments, internal/external repairs, and warranty evaluations

Ensure quality of completed jobs prior to dispatch

Operate and maintain service equipment, tools, forklifts, and cranes safely

Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations

Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment

Follow all NOV safety procedures and company policies

Provide accurate job reporting and timely communication

Demonstrate professionalism, technical integrity, and a customer-first attitude

Trade-qualified Mechanical or Electrical Fitter

Valid Driver's Licence

Forklift Licence

Confined Space Entry (preferred)

Disconnect/Reconnect Restricted Electrical (preferred)

Proven experience in pump and rotating equipment repairs (including Progressive Cavity Pumps)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with good time management

Capable of using service software and internal IT systems

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required

ISO and OHS compliance

Timely and high-quality work Low rate of job reworks or customer complaints
