Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the center of customer engagement—supporting sales teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Use existing programs in place to communicate sales information as well as adapt to new programs and tools used by NOV and customers. Collaborate with Account Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain and Planning to offer comprehensive information to customers. Focus on delivering superior customer service to existing customer base as well as new customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service while leveraging the latest digital tools.
