Job Description
Main Functions:
- Audit the maintenance and capex process.
- Train on operation procedures, maintenance, quality, technical manuals, and specifications.
- Follow up on maintenance KPIs, team performance, predictive maintenance, and improvements.
- Manage and follow up on new projects, budgets, and Gantt charts.
- Prepare periodic technical reports on the status of equipment and use of continuous improvement tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality and HSE standards.
Requirements:
- Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering.
- +2 years of experience in maintenance planning and project management.
- Knowledge in KPIs, TPM, ISO standards, and continuous improvement tools.
- Intermediate English (mandatory requirement).
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
- Ability to train and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
