Develop, plan, and monitor industrial automation projects with a focus on operational efficiency, productivity, and reliability; provide continuous technical support to the electrical maintenance team; supervise and guide technicians in planned maintenance and improvement activities; build, review, and keep updated the corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans; elaborate project plans with task definition, resources, schedules, and budgets; perform root cause analysis (RCA) in electrical systems and automation failures; act in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams in expansion, modernization, and reliability projects of systems.
Graduation complete in Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering, with active CREA registration; solid experience with industrial automation, maintenance of electrical systems, and technical support in a factory environment; analytical capacity for problem-solving and field technical support; solid experience in PLC programming Siemens (Step 7 Classic, TIA Portal, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200) and frequency inverters (G120, S120, Simotion); experience with SCADA systems, with a focus on WinCC, and industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP); familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques; familiarity with Power Electrical Systems; intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate English is mandatory.
Availability for administrative work, with occasional travel or shift changes; work regime is onsite.
