At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Marketing and Events Team engages the community by sharing bites of joys and spreading knowledge of our brand. Every day is delicious and satisfying. And as part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities. But personal growth and bringing joy to people every day are just a couple of perks of working for our bakery. We are looking to develop a marketing team that partners with two Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries, one in Virginia Beach and one in Norfolk. We are open to considering a couple part-time positions or a full-time lead with a part-time team member. Marketing positions includes on-site events, dropping off free cakes to business to build relationships, emails and calls to potential clients, social media, and more! Cake discounts. Yummm! This job is fun. It's literally a piece of cake! We love to celebrate and bring joy to the community.

Responsibilities include: Contributing to marketing execution in the local community by delivering bites of joy to local businesses. Partnering with the Bakery Managers to develop marketing strategy and develop marketing tracker. Executing events to help coordinate and participate in special, brand-building events.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
