Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is a key part of our bakery team, balancing hands-on tasks with some leadership responsibilities. You'll help guide the team, uphold Nothing Bundt Cakes' brand standards, and help create warm, joyful experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support team members during your shift.
• Decorate, frost, and prepare cakes to meet our quality and presentation standards.
• Deliver friendly, memorable guest experiences.
• Open and close the bakery following cash and operational procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe guest and work areas.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or team leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays.
• Dependable, positive, and guest-focused.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
