The Key Holder fills in for the Manager and assists in opening and closing duties. The KH creates a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the Nothing Bundt Cakes guests both in person and by telephone. The KH does side work duties for the Crafting Department, keeps it supplied, clean and running efficiently.

Responsibilities include introducing walk-in guests to the bakery and products using a Guest Tour, suggesting creative solutions to guests with walk-in orders, suggesting the purchase of add-ons and retail to make the product a complete experience, assisting phone-in guests with their orders, operating and balancing the POS with accuracy and efficiency, having current and complete knowledge of current prices, products and promotions, keeping retail area clean, swept and neatly merchandised throughout the day, dusting all retail surfaces at least twice per week, including counter tops and POS stations, carrying out the duties the crafter & other departments assigns from time to time, coordinating the timing of all orders between Guest Services and Frosting departments, preparing orders, following Crafting Manual to put designs together, keeping a ready inventory of pre-made design pieces for walk-in and same-day orders, tracking crafting material inventory, making and fluffing bows, generating personalized message cards, keeping crafting area clean and sanitized, including crafting bins, drawers, and the HOH POS station.

Qualifications include possessing a strong sense of teamwork, ability to follow instructions, has integrity, takes initiative, works well under pressure, outgoing and friendly personality, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, strong sales ability, strong sense of urgency, genuine care for others' needs, good organizational skills, well-developed fine-motor skills, good communication skills, strong sense of pride in work.

Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
