HR Consultant

Do you want to work with a wide range of operational HR tasks and thrive on exciting professional challenges?

Then we want you as our new HR consultant at the Institute for Chemical Process Technology!

As an HR consultant with us, you will work with a broad range of tasks within HR, recruitment and on-boarding, personnel follow-up and development. We hope that you are holistic and motivated for the breadth between HR tasks in this medium-sized company; both to carry out administrative tasks and to participate in internal development. In this position, you will be part of an inclusive and international working environment with about 130 employees at the institute. You will be part of the administrative staff which currently consists of 11 employees, of which 1.5 positions are in HR. We have a good working environment characterized by a good working climate.

As an HR consultant, you will have close cooperation with the institute management and will be part of a professional HR matrix at the faculty that is passionate about the HR subject. Changes in the tasks and content of the position are expected based on experience, qualifications, and employer priorities.

Your immediate leader is the office manager.
