IT Support Specialist
Exciting IT Support Specialist opportunity in Bodø
Following the integration of Norwegian and Widerøe's IT organisations, we are strengthening our joint IT team. As our new IT Support Specialist, you will support colleagues from both Norwegian and Widerøe and play a key role in keeping our technological infrastructure running smoothly.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our colleagues, helping them solve everyday IT challenges and ensuring they have the tools and systems they need to deliver great experiences for our customers.
We are looking for an engaged and service-minded IT Support Specialist who enjoys working hands-on with users, equipment and systems in a busy environment. This is a permanent position, based on-site at Widerøe's main office in Bodø, where you will work closely with both local teams and our wider IT organisation.

In this role you will:
- Be 1st line support: Help internal end users from both Norwegian and Widerøe with their questions and problems
- Data, PC and mobile devices: Prepare, install and maintain PCs, mobile devices and related equipment for end users
- Workstations: Prepare, update and configure workstations
- Equipment: Keep printers, computers and meeting room equipment updated and under control
- Support channels: Manage inquiries by email, phone and in person
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have recently finished or are about to finish your apprenticeship in ICT (fagbrev i IKT), or have higher education with experience from a Help/Service Desk
- Have knowledge/experience with Office 365, AD, Entra, OKTA, Windows OS and mobile devices such as iPads and smartphones
- Have some knowledge/experience with hardware and networks
- Are approachable, structured and precise
- Are customer- and service-oriented and communicate well
- Are proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage

- Bodø – based at Widerøe's main office, as part of Norwegian's joint IT organisation supporting both Norwegian and Widerøe
Travel required: Some travelling must be expected
