Inventory Coordinator

Coordinates a variety of inventory and distribution activities according to established policies and procedures. Ensures all requisitions have been filled accurately and completely.

Job Responsibility

1. Coordinates tasks related to the receipt of supplies from vendors (validating order, verifying item quality, entering delivery information into department computer system).
2. Ensures supplies are safely and functionally placed in storeroom using proper storage distribution techniques.
3. Facilitates the continuous inventory of storeroom to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
4. Communicates inventory updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.
5. Coordinates the distribution of outgoing supplies to departments.
6. Ensures all transactions are accurately documented and logged.
7. Trains department staff in various inventory and distribution activities, according to established policies and procedures.
8. Facilitates the cleanliness and organization of storeroom at all times.

Job Qualification

• Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $41780.00-$64340.00/year.
