The job location is at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Position Overview:
The Mission Support Threat Engineering Lead - Level 4 will become part of Northrop Grumman's Threat and Advanced Simulation Development (TASD) contract, performing as an Agile Product Owner within the Threat Products and Services (TPS) ART. The TPS ART offers opportunities to support the U.S. Department of War (DoW) through the development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) software products and the production of threat missile simulation data used to support various Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Test (GT) and exercise events.
The Mission Support Threat Engineering Lead - Level 4 will be a detail-oriented engineering leader with demonstrated leadership characteristics who can effectively lead a team that is responsible for capturing and documenting requirements as they pertain to all missile modeling disciplines as well as evaluating missile threat models for use in a variety of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools/frameworks/media. The MSTE Lead must have a good understanding of M&S methods and processes and must be familiar with missile concepts and physics. The MSTE Lead will be coordinate collaboration with the customers, threat data stakeholders, and intelligence analysts to best capture the requirements for developing and delivering accurate and representative threat missile models. The selected individual will work with minimal supervision, lead a product delivery team, and meet the time critical delivery schedules.
The Mission Support Threat Engineering Lead - Level 4 - will be an experienced engineering leader with excellent customer relationship management skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
