Major Duties:
- Manages the increasing amount of data metrics and analyzes out clients behavioral data focusing on how we and our clients use the data effectively and outcomes
- Structures large data sets to find usable information, trends and patterns to solve business problems
- Performs extensive data analysis including data profiling and data analytics (Diagnostic, Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive)
- Process engineering, works closely with business and technology partners to analyze and document data and analytics requirements for Digital Service solutions
- Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel in Digital Services
- Works with the Technology Servicing and Solution Delivery to understand current digital service landscape and help build business strategies
- Efficiently tracks queries for timely resolution and ensure all issues are managed through to closure
- Performs trend analysis to identify and work with upstream partners to review opportunities for product development or changes to process and controls
- Proactively determines client needs or issues by asking insightful questions and conducting regular client engagement with the objective of developing relationship with clients
- Operates under minimal supervision but within a global team

- Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams
Knowledge:
- Technically competent with data analytic tool sets including Google Analytics, Power BI and Alteryx
- Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills
- Strong collaboration skills with client and partner areas especially in large and complex projects to deliver solutions to the client
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Display strong presentation skills to key stakeholders (both internal and external)
- The role has the potential to be client-facing in the future operating model
- Display strong project management, critical thinking and strategic thinking skills to lead or provide input into long term strategy of Data Analytics group
- Has a data-driven analytical mindset
- Confident, well-balanced, fast learner, resilient and approachable
- Exceptional self-starting skills with keen attention to detail
- Problem solver and results oriented
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
- Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others

Experience:
- Degree preferred in relevant subject e.g. Analytics, Financial, Economics, Mathematics
- Preferably with relevant experience asset servicing
- 5 -7 years of relevant experience
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
