Under general supervision (but working independently most of the time), the Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and proactively enhancing core processes related to Learning & Development in terms of logistics, reporting, metrics, invoice management, communications, training facility management and Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance to ensure the services delivered are impactful, professional and cost efficient. This role will work closely with other members of the Learning & Development team. Reporting to the Senior Consultant – Team Leader, L&D Operations, this role will service the APAC region but will also be involved in global activities and projects as well.
