Responsibilities

  • Assist in proper operational reflection of client trading activity.
  • Daily reconciliation of positions for Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, Swap, FX Forward, Repo, Cash and Collateral.
  • Analyze and understand all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations
  • Communicate and escalate material break issues to the teams who will be impacted downstream from the reconciliation process
  • Assist in the development of scalable, controlled, and transparent reporting processes impacting Cash and FX settlements
  • Assist in developing and implementing projects and software which promote automation and efficiency
  • Accurately define business requirements for IT projects and enhancements
  • Support the development of expanding offerings and services to expose additional new solutions to our clients through technology.
  • Administer account implementation process and effectively communicate status to internal partner areas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal groups and external counterparties

Qualifications (Desired)

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Relevant proven work experience is preferred, not required
  • Experience in client interaction
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with Hedge Fund structures, products and financial instruments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
