Therapeutic Training & Support– 4-day Work Week!

Work just four days a week — and enjoy a three-day weekend, every weekend!! Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here at NFS — while enjoying the flexibility of a four or five-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team!

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers' ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car

Compensation:

• Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
