qualifications:

• licensed independent clinical social worker (licsw) in the state of massachusetts is required for this role
• master's degree in social work required
• five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity
• three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• ability to effectively lead and develop staff
• strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• proficient in microsoft office suite
• knowledge of electronic health records (ehr)

compensation:

• salary range: $85,000 - $90,000
