The director oversees the full scope of peer tutoring services, including in-person and online delivery, and ensures alignment between tutoring practices, curricular needs, and institutional learning outcomes. The role serves as a connector across academic departments and student support units, helping integrate peer tutoring into the broader learning environment while maintaining consistent standards, effective operations, and a strong student experience.
