Newman Signs is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales And Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and managing the contract process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, text, to introduce our products and services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups.
• Lead Generation: Research websites, directories, and online platforms to identify and compile lists of potential customers and business opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation (preferably in manufacturing or signage industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic contract templates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using online tools and platforms for research and outreach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales or signage-related industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Team Oriented
