Hornbachers is now accepting applications for a full-time Guest Service Manager at our Express, Azool, and Gateway West locations. Responsible for managing front-end operations and manager on duty for the entire store in the absence of senior management. Ensures front-end policies and procedures are followed and monitors front-end cash management functions. Contributes toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and a positive working environment for employees. Position will perform training of cashiers and baggers, monitor front-end security and financial procedures, practice and promote safe work habits and conditions for customers and employees, build an effective team and ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Candidate must demonstrate problem solving and conflict management skills. Applicant should have proven ability to motivate and lead a team. Candidate must possess exceptional communication skills. Must be able to work a variety of shifts; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
