This position involves assisting our sales representatives in servicing existing customer accounts and providing exceptional support to clients. You will ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The role includes direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality signage solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and products is a plus.
5-day workweek, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
