Our vast product line, which includes a full selection of installation hardware and accessories, makes us your one-stop shop for all your traffic sign needs.

Overview

This position involves assisting our sales representatives in servicing existing customer accounts and providing exceptional support to clients. You will ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The role includes direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up.
• Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle order modifications and cancellations as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
• Stay updated on new products, features, and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and products is a plus.

Hours of Work

5-day workweek, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements

High school diploma / GED Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred Newman Signs fully complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
