Card Services Specialist

First Western Bank and Trust has a full-time opening for an on-site Card Services Specialist at the West Fargo Bank location. Position Overview

Assist with the management of First Western Bank and Trust’s credit and debit card programs - Assist in answering customer credit and debit card questions and resolving maintenance issues - Assist with management of card service operations - Understand the debit card dispute process and assist with procedures/processing of disputes - Ensure timely response and resolution of customer questions and issues in a timely, professional manner via telephone, email or in-person - Assist with and participate in the implementation of new products and services - Assist with researching, compiling, and preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) or other information - Maintain executive confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential - Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and the Bank’s policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act - Maintain continuing education related to regulatory standards

Education And/Or Experience

Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance, or related field experience - Minimum three years of banking experience or related retail banking experience - Knowledge of business and management principles - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices - Thorough knowledge of retail banking operations
