About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, professional Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives to support national and international clients across multiple programs. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a remote environment and are committed to delivering high-quality customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and document interactions
- Meet or exceed quality, attendance, and performance metrics
- Follow client-specific scripts, policies, and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call-center experience preferred (not required for all programs)
- Quiet, dedicated work-from-home environment
- Desktop or laptop computer (no tablets or Chromebooks)
- High-speed wired internet connection
- USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week once activated (varies by program)
