We are looking for an Agricultural Technical Service Advisor for February through September, with potential for long-term employment thereafter. This role will support the Tech Services team with customer calls and product inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for providing well-informed and professional solution-oriented consumer/end-user guidance. You will be the key liaison between our client and its EcoCore customers and will ensure customer inquiries regarding use of product, applications as well as other needs, are being handled in a timely manner. You will also take the lead to ensure customer issues are discerned, documented, resolved, and communicated effectively internally and with the customer.
This role reports to the Tech Services Advisor. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree or some education in an agriculture-related field (Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Pathology, Golf Course Management, etc.) and some experience working with pesticides or herbicide products and labels.
