Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst for the Technology Finance Division to support the portfolios for Digital Technology & Innovation, Enterprise Functions Technology, and COO Technology. In this role, you will:

Partner across Technology, Finance and Product teams in inputting the portfolio forecast

Prepare presentations to summarize results or present requirements to technology partners

Create trend analysis and research variances

Execute input/output controls

Data compilation including retrieving from various input templates

Support key management reporting processes including month end reporting and financial reviews

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Exercise independent judgment while leveraging a solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within Technology Finance

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Economics.
• Relevant employment experience in financial services / banking industry.
• Strong technical skills including reporting databases and Microsoft Office (and specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau)
• Experience with controls compliance and documentation
• Experience with Essbase.
• Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare and present analysis and recommendations.
• Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
• Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing and fostering strong partnerships.
• Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
