Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader

We are currently looking for a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader that enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction! Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store.
• Providing fast and efficient service.
• Receiving money, giving correct change, refunding cash for returned merchandise, and/or exchanging merchandise.
• Assisting with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer.
• Using special equipment to process specialty products.
• Checking identification for restricted sales.
• Checking and replenishing stock on food service supplies.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment used for service or stocking food service products.
• Cleaning all areas using proper cleaning procedures and materials.
• Stocking shelves and cooler, rotating and front facing stock.
• Removing all damages and out of code merchandise from the shelves.
• Price merchandise according to price book.
• Checking in vendor deliveries as needed using company guidelines.
• Completing bad merchandise forms.
• Ordering merchandise.
• Using current training materials.
• Completing all necessary training evaluations and documents.
• Providing feedback to management on training programs and materials.
• Monitoring cash levels and security procedures during shift to ensure compliance.
• Reviewing job assignments for completeness.
• Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate store operational needs.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
