The Sales and Support Specialist is responsible for guiding potential clients through our service process, managing sales tracking, supporting our field technicians, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
- Client and Sales Support
- Manage incoming leads and guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to completed cleaning.
- Perform regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Track sales conversions weekly and update lead/communication notes in the CRM daily.
- Provide sales performance feedback and pricing suggestions to leadership.
- Set and track sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Scheduling and Communication
- Ensure daily schedule slots are filled and minimum job counts are met.
- Communicate with technicians about schedules, client information, and job details.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally, providing support as needed.
- Prepare client packets ahead of appointments.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
- Manage office organization, filing, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Support accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Coordinate staff meetings, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
- Innovation and Oversight
- Monitor staff morale and provide feedback to leadership.
- Assist with testing and reporting on new programs or process improvements.
- Run errands or assist with office/field needs as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
- Full-time availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation.
- Fully functioning smartphone with consistent access.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in a service-based industry.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
- CRM/database experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the cleaning industry (a plus, but not required).
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $16-$18/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, or major holidays. Paid time off: 2 vacation days after 90 days, birthday paid day off, paid holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas, with conditions), PTO accrual after 1 year.
