Care Management Clinical Educator

The Care Management Clinical Educator plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of education programs within the care management department. This position involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that best practices are incorporated into their daily practices.

The primary responsibilities of the Care Management Clinical Educator include:

• Develop and Implement Education Programs
• Conduct Trainings
• Coach/Mentor
• New Coworker Orientation
• Quality Improvement Activities
• Evaluate Programs
• Collaborate
• Record Training Participation

Other information:

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field. Master's degree preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.

Professional Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Case Management
• Extensive knowledge and experience in care management practices
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in developing and delivering educational programs
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles
