The Residency Coach and Program Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Teacher Preparation, Early Elementary Residency Licensure Certificate (EERLC), and Early Childhood Education programs by providing instructional coaching to students and assisting with associated program documentation and compliance responsibilities. The Residency Coach and Program Support Specialist will ensure students receive quality coaching and support to successfully complete program requirements, while maintaining accurate program records in compliance with state and institutional guidelines. This individual will work collaboratively with the program faculty, the program chairs, and the Dean of Arts and Sciences to promote student success, support program growth, and ensure that all program goals and outcomes are met.
