Remote Est Producer

A large software and gaming company is looking for a remote Est Producer for a Creative Services team. As a member of the team, you will help bring experiences to players. You will focus on ensuring teams have updated and accurate information available via the project management and coordination tools. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within marketing environments.

In this role, you will:

• Track progress on first-party product production to help plan publishing production efforts against these by creating project plans, scheduling meetings, taking notes, scoping resourcing needs, and otherwise helping the team stay organized and on track.
• Work with internal Partnerships teams and external IP holders to understand rights and approvals processes for licensed promotional materials.
• Assist in creating and documenting production processes for supporting first-party products in publishing promotion efforts.
• Coordinate with marketing, community, and localization teams to define asset needs and support weekly communications across all languages.
• Gather specs and messaging to create, track, localize, and deliver assets for the global Publishing team.
• Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5–7 years doing the work outlined above as a Producer in a fast-paced graphics environment.
• Agency, Gaming or large brand background within Marketing/Publishing handling 2D assets.
• A deep understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices.
• Experience with PM software (Ideally Airtable and/or Wrike).
• Ability to drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision.
• Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.
• Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.
• You're user-focused, solutions-focused, and innovative. Personable—develops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster excellent communication.
• Self-starter able to create tracking systems to ensure the extended team is updated on project status at all times.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables—and even find a more efficient path forward.
• Highly organized with excellent production management skills.
• A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets.
