Meta Platforms, Inc. is looking for a QA Engineering Lead. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality software and platform for FRL product lines.
• Building a test-driven engineering culture that drives improvements in quality.
• Implementing process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products.
• Planning, developing, and executing test coverage for multiple platforms.
• Identifying, testing, tracking, and reporting KPI trends over the course of the projects.
• Diagnosing issues, reporting defects, and proposing regression tests to discover reoccurrences.
• Working with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.
• Owning the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.
• Partnering with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability.
• Telecommuting from any location in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 24 months of experience involving test planning, test design and execution, performance and stress testing, and implementing and maintaining quality test automation.
• Debugging applications on Platform, PC, and mobile components.
• Building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software.
• Coding in Python, PHP, Java, C, or C++.

Public compensation: $213,934/year to $252,780/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
