What You'll Do:

• Build and grow your territory across the market
• Develop new business and strengthen existing relationships
• Partner with engineering and automation teams on real customer solutions
• Identify opportunities, close deals, and drive results
• Stay ahead of market trends to support your clients

What You Bring:

• 2+ years outside or B2B sales (preferred)

• Strong communication + relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Packaging/industrial experience is a plus
