Our Managed Services Representatives guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our representatives bring Proofpoint's experience and Best Practices with them. Our customers rely on us for our expertise and eye for detail.

Do you want to be known as a Cyber Security Leader? Your day to day includes:

• Working with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program
• Developing implementation and communication strategies
• Creating and launching training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reports
• Resolving low-level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security software
• Following approved escalation process for all other software concerns
• Handling a Managed Services account load and keeping an updated status for each Managed Services customer in our CRM system
• Providing detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independently
• High energy, confident, and enthusiastic attitude
• Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, Access and Project a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below:

• SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: Base Pay Range: 75,225.00 - 110,330.00 USD
• California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: Base Pay Range: 59,400.00 - 87,120.00 USD
• All other cities and states excluding those listed above: Base Pay Range: 54,450.00 - 79,860.00 USD
