Our client, a leading organization in enterprise security and IT solutions, is seeking a dedicated Lead ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be an integral part of the Security and Platform Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

What's the Job?

• Architect and lead the implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and scalable architecture standards.
• Design, develop, and optimize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and security engineers.
• Develop dashboards, reports, SLAs, and KPIs to monitor vulnerability management and remediation performance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

What's Needed?

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is required.
• 7–10+ years of experience in ServiceNow engineering with a focus on platform architecture and development.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response at an enterprise level.
• Hands-on expertise with scoped app development, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB architecture.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
