The Lead Analyst, RWD Support and Delivery is responsible for managing the intake and triage of RWD requests, supporting users with data access and tooling, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of RWD assets. They are a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for operational excellence in data.

Master's or PhD in life sciences or related fields (e.g. data science, bioinformatics, computer science, health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services) + 5 to 7years of experience in outcomes research, health economics, epidemiology, or consulting for life sciences companies. + 2+ Years of project management or leadership experience + Expert in more than one data analysis tool or software (e.g., SAS, R, SQL). SQL experience required + Familiarity with RWD sources (e.g., EHR, claims, registries) and data delivery workflows + Experience with support platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and data access tools. + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and compliance standards is a plus.
Consistently accurate, complete, and on-time data deliveries with minimal quality issues. Strong operational coordination that drives predictable, reliable project throughput. Clear and consistent communication that reduces rework and ensures alignment across teams. Documented improvements to processes, templates, standards, and automation initiatives that directly enhance operational efficiency.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
