Hr Contact Center Representative

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Contact Center Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to an organization committed to excellence in employee relations and human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other related topics.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms, including Workday, to manage and resolve employee requests efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support in a HIPAA-regulated environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to resolve issues and support payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within HR systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a contact center environment, handling high call volumes effectively.
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Support HR teams in administrative functions as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in HR administration, including handling inquiries and resolving employee concerns.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as Workday, with demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize systems effectively.
    • Knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations practices.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to work within a regulated environment.
    • Strong understanding of payroll systems and related processes.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in a contact center setting.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Prior experience in handling inbound calls and providing customer support with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
