The Head of Incoming Payments for Branded Cards & Lending and Citi Retail Services plays a crucial role for USPB, by overseeing more than 900 million payments received annually through multiple channels from our client base of more than 70 million accounts. The Head of Incoming Payments for BC&L and CRS will lead a team of product managers responsible for developing and implementing intuitive mechanisms for clients to pay their credit cards bills. The potential rationalization of existing channels and redesigning payments flows for improved customer experience and risk reduction are also part of the responsibilities. To achieve this goal, the scope includes developing the inventory of the existing incoming payments channels and processes, aiming to enhance the control environment through process/controls documentation and monitoring of a multiplicity of channels, including Citi Mobile App, Citibank Online, Third Party Bill Payments, Interactive Voice Response, and more. In addition, the role will be expected to interpret payment regulations and Citi policies, oversee all customer-facing disclosures and communications related to incoming payments, and front both internal and external reviews.
