This job serves as a strategic partner and operational leader ensuring seamless execution of TW&A CEO's priorities, while complementing the enterprise-wide administrative leadership provided by the CAO. This role focuses on managing business operations for the TW&A CEO and CEO-specific strategic projects, while facilitating cross-functional alignment. Additionally, this role serves as the operational hub of the CEO's office, responsible for managing the CEO's strategic priorities and information flow.

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years' experience working for a large management consulting firm or internal corporate/business strategy function at a large financial service institution. Previous experience with senior executive engagement Previous experience working in a complex, matrixed organization Track record of execution and driving results Ability to work well under pressure, meet agreed upon deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently Must be able to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment Ability to manage and develop a large matrix organization working closely with other senior management to build an effective and efficient organization Critical thinker and self-starter who is willing to work proactively to identify key business opportunities and work across teams to drive results Organized, high-energy individual capable of working in a fast-paced and fluid environment; understanding of when to operate with urgency and/or escalate matters Strong relationship management, presentation and communications skills that establish trust, credibility and respect
Anticipated Posting End Date: 2026-02-16 Base Pay Range: $180,000/yr - $230,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
