End User Support Technician

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused End User Support Technician to join our IT team working at our Headquarters in Raleigh. This role delivers high-quality technical support and personalized service to internal users, helping resolve complex issues, manage user devices, and ensure seamless access to IT services across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Provision, configure, and deploy user devices and equipment.
  • Deliver 1:1 training on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies to improve support services.
  • Provide on-site and remote support with occasional travel to satellite offices (primarily NC and VA).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma with 5+ years in end-user support or IT service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows OS, M365 (O365, Teams), and iOS (iPads).
  • Working knowledge of Zoom and MS Teams conference room issue troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license, ability to drive and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, bend, stoop, kneel and reach above head.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for MDM, provisioning, and patching.
  • Experience with architecture/design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Bentley).
  • Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • PowerShell scripting experience.
