Desktop Support Technician

Proactively recruiting Desktop Support Technicians for onsite contract roles across multiple industries. Responsibilities include supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, performing imaging, deployments, and hardware refreshes, troubleshooting Windows OS, O365, VPN, and connectivity issues, installing and configuring software and maintaining asset documentation, and providing deskside, walk-up, or floor support depending on the environment.

Requirements include: 1-4 years of desktop support experience, strong hardware troubleshooting skills, experience with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, Intune, etc.), and excellent customer service and communication skills.
