Duties And Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls in a professional manner
• Respond to and resolve customer questions
• Research possible solutions to customer issues
• Sell / Up sell products on customer's account
• Retain customers wanting to cancel
• Deescalate angry customers

Qualifications

Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task. The ability to type 25 wpm. Good numerical and analytical skills. Skill to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to handle a high stress environment. Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment. Ability to be proactive. Must pass a Background and Drug test.
