Our client, a leader in consumer finance, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Williamston

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

What's the Job?

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
